Book Direct with Confidence

We promise you the best available rate when you book directly with Hatton Court Hotel – either through our official website or by calling us directly.

If you find a lower rate online within 24 hours of making your reservation for the same room type, dates, and booking conditions, we’ll match the rate.

Third‑Party Booking Disclaimer:

Reservations made via third‑party websites or agents (e.g. guestreservations.com) are governed by the terms and conditions of the party with whom the booking is made. We do not authorise third parties to represent themselves as our official website, to charge additional service fees, or to impose cancellation terms beyond those stated on our official site. Our business accepts no liability for fees, charges, or representations made by unauthorised booking platforms.

Terms & Conditions:

• The lower rate must be publicly available and bookable online.
• The rate must be for the same room type, number of guests, dates of stay, and booking conditions (e.g. refundable, non-refundable, etc.).
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking directly with Hatton Court Hotel.

The guarantee applies to rates advertised in GBP only. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Rates on websites that do not disclose the hotel name until the booking is complete (e.g. Hotwire or Priceline).
• Packaged rates that include flights, car hire, etc.
• Corporate, group, or negotiated rates not available to the general public.

To submit a claim, please email us at reception@hatton-court.co.uk with:

• Your direct booking confirmation number

• Details of the site where it was found

We’re confident you won’t find better – but if you do, we’ve got you covered.
